ExCaliburr keeps your ice sessions running smoothly — from skater programs and practice timers to lesson priority and iPad screen sharing.
Manage skaters, songs, timers, and your queue — all from one simple screen.
Music Queue Manager
Designed specifically for ice skating clubs, not generic queue apps.
Each skater stores their own programs. Songs stay on your device — no cloud uploads, no copyright concerns.
Automatically track practice time for non-lesson skaters, with live countdowns right on the queue screen.
Lesson skaters automatically move to the front of the queue with bump protection for fairness.
A dance song library organized by competition level. Add your club's dance songs once and skaters pick from the list.
With the desktop app, skaters add themselves to the queue from an iPad on the rink WiFi, and coaches control playback. No internet required.
No IT department needed. If you can use a website, you can run ExCaliburr.
